NEW SISTER???

 
New transfer = New SISTER!! YAYYY! We got a new sister in our area and she is the sweetest!! She is gonna love it here!

This week was kinda crazy! It didn't start off the best :((( but towards the end it got way better!!


Highlights of the week:

- This is why my week started off not the best... On p-day I had the worst day of my life...lol I'm probably being so dramatic but it sucked. I woke up so so ready to talk to Brock and my family and then I remembered that Brock told me his p-day this week got switched to Wednesday!!! So I couldn't talk to him 😩 Now I have to wait another week to talk to him! What will I ever do! Jk jk 🤣

- Well because last Saturday was transfer news... We have some people leaving our District. Rip to Elder Morgan and Elder Richards. Both of them are going to a new area in Montana! I'm so excited for them. They are going to do so many good things! So to celebrate as a District one last time we went to breakfast that morning. It was delicious!

- Good news about Transfers is we are getting a new sister! She is the sweetest girl and we are so happy to have her in our District!

- Wednesday we went to a members house for dinner and they invited us to go to the youth activity they had that night. They were doing a little campfire and cooking some hotdogs and smores. It was so so much fun and we got to know some of the members better!

- Saturday and Sunday was Stake Conference! Basically stake conference is where you can go and listen to people speak about the Gospel and their personal experiences! 

- After Stake conference on Saturday. One of our leaders in the mission took our whole district to Cafe Rio for Dinner!! 

Oh and after he gave Sister Stewart and I "Smore Clusters" from Costco. I was SO HYPED! Have yall had the smore clusters cause if you haven't you are missing out haha. 

Although this week didn't start off the best it ended super good! I just love this Gospel and the area I'm in! I don't know if I ever want to leave 🙈

Last Week in the MTC!!

  Last Week In The MTC! Monday January 22nd: Not much happened this day, but I guess every week at the MTC you have a little service project that you are signed up for! Well today was the day of our service project. We got to.... (Insert drumroll) SERVE FOOD IN THE CAFETERIA!! 😁 They put me in the "Aloha" area where they have chicken, rice, and macaroni! Let's just say I will not be getting this meal anytime soon haha.... Tuesday January 23rd: YAY FOR PREPARATION DAY! This is a day where we don't have any classes and we can talk to our families/get things done (like laundry) We started the day by going to the temple and took our annual mirror pic on the way up to the temple (see pic below). Then I got to talk to my family!! It was soooo good to talk to them again! Later my District and I went and play some Volleyball at the gym! After that we had a little devotional and this is when we sang our song "I Feel My Saviors Love" that we learned at choir practice...

Long Time No See...

Hey Guys!! Long time no see. Wow this past month was HECKA busy. I am so sorry for not updating you guys for a WHOLE MONTH. Ya'll must have missed me! JK. I missed you guys though. I was going to try and catch up on all my emails from the past month but... that's like 11 emails haha. So I'm going to try my best and update yall in this one email lol.  First off... so much has happened it's CRAZY! I may or may not be a Cowgirl now 🤠😉 March 24-31:  - We did service for a member in our ward and helped him clean out his storage unit - We went to this members house and decorated some eggs for easter! - Easter Sunday was AMAZING! We had so many people come to church and I was able to talk to my fam that day  April 1-8: - We helped this lady rip out her carpet and deep clean her kitchen. It was super satisfying  - We had General Conference weekend! Which is basically where we can watch and listen to our Prophet Russell M Nelson and some of his apostles speak to us on a li...

MONTANA HERE I COME!!!

Let me first start off with I'm sorry that I send out my emails so late haha. I'm not used to writing these yet so it takes me a second to get them done!  Tuesday January 30th: We started off the week by packing our bags! I got my flight information for Montana and I leave Friday February 1st! Tbh I'm actually really sad to be leaving the MTC. I have grown so close to my District and once we leave we are all being separated because we all have separate missions! So I'm trying to soak up all the time I have in the MTC Wednesday January 31st: We had our last day of class as a whole district! Some people are leaving Thursday (tomorrow) and so this would be our last time together in class. We took lots of pics and signed each others journals! It lowkey felt like the last day of school and we were signing yearbooks haha  Thursday February 1st: MY LAST DAY AT THE MTC... This day was bittersweet. Elder Morris and Elder Malley were the first to leave everyone. They left at 3:00...
